FORN SIDR V. “FORN SIDR OF AMERICA”

U.S. courts have sided with us and granted our motion to dismiss the vexatious and frivolous action against us by “Forn Sidr of America” over our name, FORN SIDR, which we have owned as a trademark in Norway since 2019 (with informal formation of FORN SIDR taking place many years prior), with pending applications in other countries including the United States and Canada.
“Forn Sidr of America” upon realizing they would sustain an humiliating loss in court, requested that we allow them to withdraw their suit. A request we vehemently denied, as we wanted a judgement with prejudice against “Forn Sidr of America”.
This is exactly what we got: American courts did not fall for the hateful rhetoric of “Forn Sidr of America”, their insane lies and fabrications - their only strategy in this case - ruling instead on actual evidence, the merit of the case, and thus in our favor.
